Becky Martinez is an Emmy award winning former broadcast journalist. She also writes fiction as Rebecca Grace and has focused on writing almost every day of her working life for the past 40 years. Becky spent 30 years working in TV newsrooms and nearly ten years in public relations. For the past 15 years she has also been writing fiction and teaching writing classes, coaching aspiring writers, and giving onsite presentations on writing.
She is published in mystery, romance, and romantic suspense with The Wild Rose Press and Wings ePress Inc. Her latest book, Blues at 11, is a humorous mystery featuring a TV anchorwoman accused of murder.
Her latest non-fiction book, Villains, written with Sue Viders was published in 2020. Becky and Sue also published 3 additional books on creative writing: Let’s Write A Story: Seven Ways to Plot, the Plotting Circle, and Creating Memorable Characters.
Becky is currently working on the second book in the Blues series and a follow up to her Dead Man series in addition to another non-fiction book on how to pitch your story. Her latest romantic suspense, Secrets of Sara will be published soon by Wings ePress Inc.
